Candy cane marshmallow pops

The kids will absolutely love making these candy cane marshmallow pops. Plus, they make great edible gifts for friends or teachers.

Ingredients

  • 290g Coles Dark Cooking Chocolate, melted
  • 12 jumbo marshmallows
  • 4 candy canes, crushed

Method

STEP 1

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the chocolate in a small deep bowl. Insert lollipop sticks into the marshmallows. Dip 1 marshmallow in chocolate and gently tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess. Sprinkle with the candy cane. Place on the lined tray. 

STEP 2

Repeat with remaining marshmallows, chocolate and candy cane. Set aside to set.

Santas tip: Wrap in clear cellophane and tie with a ribbon and gift tag ready to give to friends and teachers.
