Ingredients

  • 4 Coles Australian No Added Hormones Beef Scotch Fillet Steaks
  • 2 bunches baby broccoli, halved lengthways
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket
  • 100ml Coles Japanese Style Miso & Sesame Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup (80g) smoked almonds, chopped

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a chargrill on medium-high. Spray the beef with olive oil spray. Season. Cook for 2-3 mins each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, lightly spray the baby broccoli with olive oil spray. Cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 2-3 mins or until bright green and just tender. Transfer to a bowl with the rocket and dressing. Combine.
  3. Step 3

    Divide the rocket mixture and beef among serving plates. Season. Sprinkle with almond to serve.
