Cheat’s chicken parmigiana
Take the hard work out of chicken parmigiana with this cheat’s recipe. Topped with ham and cheese, it’s a pub favourite made easy.
- 500g pkt Coles Kitchen Roasting Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary
- 4 Coles Deli RSPCA Approved Chicken Crumbed Schnitzels
- 1 cup (250ml) Coles Pizza Sauce with Onion, Garlic & Herbs
- 4 slices shaved leg ham
- 2 cups (200g) Coles Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place the vegetables, garlic and rosemary on 1 lined tray. Spray with olive oil spray. Season. Bake for 25 mins or until the vegetables are golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, place the schnitzels on the remaining lined tray. Spread evenly with the pizza sauce and top with ham and cheese.
Bake schnitzels with the vegetables for the last 15-18 mins of cooking time or until golden and cooked through. Divide schnitzels and vegetables among serving plates. Season.
