Cheat’s Sunday roast
With just 10 minutes prep time needed, this cheat’s Sunday roast makes for an effortless feast. Drizzle the lamb with Coles Red Wine Jus for an irresistible meal.
Note: + 5 mins resting time
- 550g Coles Boneless Slow Cook Lamb Shoulder Roast
- Coles Red Wine Jus 200ml
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
- Shoestring fries, to serve
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the lamb in a small roasting pan. Roast for 30-35 mins or until cooked to your liking. Cover and rest for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, heat the jus following packet directions.
Slice the lamb and serve with jus, salad leaves and fries.
