  • 400g Coles Jam Sponge Roll
  • 400g tub Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe Chocolate Frosting
  • 2 Coles Mini Jam Rolls
  • Cadbury Flake chocolate bars, split lengthways, to decorate
  • Raspberries, to serve
  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Rosemary sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the sponge roll on a serving plate. Spread with frosting, leaving the ends exposed. Trim 1 end of the mini jam rolls diagonally and spread with more frosting. Attach to the log to make branches.

    Cover the log with chocolate bars to make bark. Lightly dust raspberries with icing sugar. Decorate log with raspberries and rosemary sprigs to serve.
