Chia, beet and banana smoothie bowls
Start your day with a super healthy smoothie of chia, beet and banana, yum!
- 3 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
- 1 medium steamed beetroot, peeled and cooled
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Wellness Road White Chia Seeds
- 250g mixed fresh berries
- Handful of edible flower petals and leaves (optional)
Place bananas, beetroot, almond milk and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into a food processor or blender. Pulse until and smooth.
To serve, divide the smoothie mix into two serving bowls and top with a scattering of mixed berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and edible petals and leaves if using.
