Chicken caesar burgers

- 265g pkt Coles Kitchen Caesar Salad Kit
- 2 Coles Turkish Rolls
- 4 Coles Chicken Cheese Burgers
- 4 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Preheat grill on medium. Combine the lettuce, parmesan and salad dressing from the salad kit in a bowl (reserve the croutons for another use). Cut the rolls in half crossways, then split each half. Place roll pieces on a baking tray. Cook under grill for 1 min each side or until lightly toasted.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 5 mins each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Spray the pan with olive oil spray. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 mins for soft yolks or until cooked to your liking.
Divide the roll bases among serving plates. Top with salad mixture, tomato, burgers, egg and bacon pieces from the salad kit. Season. Top with roll tops. Serve immediately.
