Ingredients

  • 350g pkt Coles Original Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup (45g) dark choc chips
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 24cm x 30cm Swiss roll pan and line the base and sides with baking paper.
  2. Step 2

    Prepare the pancake mix following packet directions. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle evenly with the choc chips, banana, blueberries, raspberries and strawberry. Bake for 15 mins or until light golden and cooked through. Cool slightly. Cut into pieces to serve.
