Choc favourites rocky road

This delicious rocky road is the perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. Filled with fan favourites such as Jaffas, Clinkers and Freckles, everyone will be reaching for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Milk Choc Buttons
  • 20g copha or butter
  • 1 cup (160g) Pascall Cadbury Clinkers
  • 1 cup (200g) Jaffas
  • 1 cup (150g) Allen’s Chocolate Freckles
  • 1 cup (100g) Pascall Pineapple Lumps
  • 3 x 25g pkts Arnott’s Honey Tiny Teddy biscuits
  • Chopped Clinkers, extra, to decorate
  • Jaffas, extra, to decorate
  • Freckles, extra, to decorate
  • Pascall Pineapple Lumps, extra, to decorate
  • Arnott’s Honey Tiny Teddy biscuits, extra, to decorate

Method

STEP 1

Grease a 19cm x 29cm (base measurement) slice pan and line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Place the chocolate and copha or butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir for 5 mins or until the mixture melts and is smooth.

STEP 2

Combine the Clinkers, Jaffas, Freckles, pineapple lumps and biscuits in a large bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and gently fold until just combined. Spoon into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with extra Clinkers, Jaffas, Freckles, pineapple lumps and biscuits. Set aside for 1 hour to set. Cut into pieces to serve.
