This simple chocolate fondue is as easy as it gets. It’s a great way to enjoy in-season mandarins.
- 200g Coles Finest 85% Cocoa Belgian Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 mandarins, peeled, segments separated
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring with a metal spoon every 30 secs, until smooth. Stir in the oil. Thread the mandarin onto bamboo skewers. Dip in the chocolate to coat.
Serve immediately, or set aside on a lined baking tray until set.
