Choc-peanut butter protein balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (135g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Coles Perform Elite Whey Hi Pro Choc powder
  • 3/4 cup (210g) peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup (65g) Coles Dark Choc Chips

Method

STEP 1

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the oats, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, oil and choc chips in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.

STEP 2

Roll 1-tbs portions of the mixture into balls and place on the lined tray. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
