Chocolate and raspberry protein brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup (140g) Wellness Road ABC Butter
  • 35g pkt Coles PerForm Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup (25g) cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup (75g) wholemeal plain flour
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sugar-free maple-flavoured syrup
  • 125g raspberries
  • 40g Coles No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • Raspberries, extra, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an 18cm square cake pan with baking paper. Combine the banana, ABC butter, protein powder, baking powder, cacao powder, flour and maple-flavoured syrup in a bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with raspberries and chocolate. 

STEP 2

Bake for 25-30 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Set aside in the pan to cool. Cut into pieces and serve with extra raspberries.
