These decadent chocolate cheesecake cups are creamy and delicious. They're a great way to finish any meal.

  • 1/2 x 133g pkt Oreo Original biscuits
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) vanilla coffee syrup
  • 300ml light thickened cream
  • 100g Coles Finest Belgian Dark Chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the biscuits in a food processor and process until finely crushed. Spoon evenly among serving glasses and use back of spoon to press firmly into base.
  2. Step 2

    Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese, vanilla syrup and half the cream in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add chocolate, beating until just combined. Spoon evenly over the biscuit bases. Place in the fridge for 30 mins to chill.
  3. Step 3

    Use a clean electric mixer to whisk the remaining cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Spoon over the chocolate mixture to serve.
