Dairy-free mousse

This dairy-free take on classic chocolate mousse is a must-try. The secret ingredient? Silken tofu.

Ingredients

  • 600g silken tofu
  • 200g jar Pana Organic Blood Orange Dark Chocolate Spread
  • 1/2 cup (140g) coconut yoghurt
  • 2 plums, stoned, sliced
  • 2 tbs chopped hazelnuts

Method

STEP 1

Drain the tofu and pat dry with paper towel. Place in a food processor with the chocolate spread and process until well combined. Divide among 4 serving glasses. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm. 

STEP 2

Top mousse with yoghurt, plum and hazelnut to serve.
