Deli sliders

Perfect for entertaining or a tasty lunch, these deli sliders are so easy to make. Give them a go this week.

Ingredients

  • 3 x 140g pkts Coles 85% Lower Carb Rolls, split
  • 1/2 cup (130g) pizza sauce
  • 6 slices mozzarella
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 40g baby spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cup (50g) semi-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
  • 30g pitted kalamata olives, sliced

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Place bun bases, side-by-side, in the baking dish. Spread evenly with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, onion, spinach, tomato and olive. Top with bun tops. 

STEP 2 

Cover with foil and bake for 10 mins. Uncover and bake for a further 5 mins or until the mozzarella melts and buns are toasted. Serve immediately.
