Deli sliders
Perfect for entertaining or a tasty lunch, these deli sliders are so easy to make. Give them a go this week.

Ingredients
- 3 x 140g pkts Coles 85% Lower Carb Rolls, split
- 1/2 cup (130g) pizza sauce
- 6 slices mozzarella
- 6 slices salami
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 40g baby spinach leaves
- 1/3 cup (50g) semi-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 30g pitted kalamata olives, sliced
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Place bun bases, side-by-side, in the baking dish. Spread evenly with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, onion, spinach, tomato and olive. Top with bun tops.
STEP 2
Cover with foil and bake for 10 mins. Uncover and bake for a further 5 mins or until the mozzarella melts and buns are toasted. Serve immediately.
