Ingredients

  • 100g frozen pink dragon fruit chunks
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Scoop & Weigh Oaty Smoothie Base
  • 100g fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbs pink dragon fruit superfood powder
  • 1 cup (250ml) orange juice
  • 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Superfood Sprinkle
  • Blueberries, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Place the dragon fruit chunks, smoothie base, berries, dragon fruit powder and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

STEP 2

Pour the smoothie into a serving glass. Top with superfood sprinkle and blueberries to serve.
