Easy berry smoothie
Start your morning right with creamy, berry-packed goodness! It’s a speedy brekkie option.
- 100g frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup (95g) vanilla yoghurt
- 1/3 cup (80ml) skim milk
- 2 tbs raw muesli or rolled oats
- 1 tbs almond butter
- Honey, to serve
Place the berries, banana, yoghurt, milk, muesli or oats and almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass and drizzle with honey.
