Easy chia jam
Try this no-cook strawberry chia jam. With only 3 ingredients needed, it's a cinch to make and perfect on scones or toasted sourdough
1 and 1/4 cups
Note: + 1 1/2 hours setting time
- 250g strawberries, halved
- 1 tbs Coles Finest Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
- 2 tbs chia seeds
Combine the strawberry and maple syrup in a large bowl. Use a fork to mash until coarsely crushed. Stir in the chia seeds.
Transfer the strawberry mixture to a sterilised jar. Place in the fridge for 1½ hours or until the strawberry mixture thickens slightly.
Store it: Keep the chia jam in the fridge for up to 1 week.
