Easy chicken and strawberry salad
Add some colour to your plate with this chicken and strawberry salad. It's a quick and easy dinner option.

- 750g Coles RSPCA Approved Australian Chicken Breast Fillets
- 240g Coles Australian Baby Spinach & Rocket
- 250g strawberries, halved
- 2 medium avocados, stoned, peeled, sliced
- 1/3 cup (80ml) balsamic vinegar
Heat a chargrill on medium. Spray chicken with olive oil spray. Cook for 5 mins each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Rest for 5 mins.
Divide the spinach and rocket, strawberry and avocado among serving plates. Thinly slice the chicken and arrange over the salad.
Drizzle salad with balsamic vinegar. Season with pepper to serve.
