Ingredients
- 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones 4 Star Beef Mince
- 2 cups (240g) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup (35g) gravy powder
- 1 cup (250ml) Coles Real Beef Stock
- 2 x 350g pkts Coles Crème Royale Mashed Potato
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour.
STEP 2
Add the vegetables and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle over the gravy powder. Add the stock and stir until well combined. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until the mince mixture thickens slightly. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) round ovenproof dish.
STEP 3
Place the mashed potato in a bowl and break up with a fork until smooth. Spoon evenly over the mince mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
