  • 1/2 x 400g tub Coles Bake & Create Vanilla Buttercream Icing
  • 1 cup 100’s & 1000’s
  • Assorted mixed chocolates, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the sponge roll, cut-side down, on a clean work surface. Use a round-bladed knife to spread the icing evenly over the sponge roll.
  2. Step 2

    Place the 100’s & 1000’s in a large rimmed baking tray. Gently roll the sponge roll in the 100’s & 1000’s to coat. Place on a serving plate and decorate with mixed chocolates.
