Fish burgers

Crumbed fish fillets and fresh salad add crunch to these tasty burgers. Best of all, they take 20 minutes to cook.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen Coles Crumbed White Fish Original fillets
  • 320g pkt Coles Plain Flat Buns
  • ½ cup (80g) Coles Australian Corn Kernels Snap-Frozen
  • 100g Coles Australian Superfood Vegetable Mix
  • 1/3 cup (100g) Coles Tartare Sauce

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the fish on the lined tray. Bake for 16-18 mins or until golden and cooked through.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, heat the flat buns following packet directions. Cook the corn following packet directions.

STEP 3

Combine the vegetable mix and corn in a bowl. Divide among the flat buns with the fish and tartare sauce.
