Frozen Tim Tam ripple slice

Ingredients
- 200g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Original biscuits
- 165g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam White biscuits
- 200g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Dark biscuits
- 2L vanilla and boysenberry ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup (160g) berry jam
Method
STEP 1
Line a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Arrange a layer of combined biscuits, side by side, in the lined pan.
STEP 2
Place the ice cream in a bowl. Add the jam and swirl with a spoon to marble. Spread the ice cream mixture over the biscuits in the pan. Arrange another layer of biscuits on top. Cover. Freeze until firm.
