  • 2 tbs chopped chives
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp Coles Pure Australian Honey

  • 1 tbs sherry vinegar

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use a small serrated knife to gently cut between each slice of garlic baguette. Insert a slice of brie in each cut. Bake for 15 mins or until baguettes are golden brown and heated through.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, combine the spring onion, chives, garlic, honey, oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Season.

STEP 3

Place the baguettes on a serving platter and drizzle with spring onion mixture. Serve immediately.
