Ingredients

  • 450g Coles Twin Pack Garlic Baguette
  • 250g triple cream brie, thinly sliced
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs chopped chives
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp Coles Pure Australian Honey
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs sherry vinegar

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use a small serrated knife to gently cut between each slice of garlic baguette. Insert a slice of brie in each cut. Bake for 15 mins or until baguettes are golden brown and heated through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, combine the spring onion, chives, garlic, honey, oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Season.
  3. Step 3

    Place the baguettes on a serving platter and drizzle with spring onion mixture. Serve immediately.
