Ginger and pineapple punch
Keep the drinks flowing at your next party with our ginger and pineapple punch. It's the perfect refresher.
- 2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice, chilled
- 6 cups (1.5L) ginger beer, chilled
- 1/2 cup (125ml) white coconut rum (optional)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp
- Mint sprigs, to serve
- Thinly sliced strawberries, to serve
- Thinly sliced pineapple, to serve
- Crushed ice, to serve
Combine the pineapple juice, ginger beer, rum, if using, and passionfruit pulp in a large serving jug.
Top with mint, strawberry, pineapple and ice.
