Greek-style pork with roast potato and lemon
Served with roast potato and lemon, this Greek-style pork makes a delicious dinner. With only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes prep time needed, it’s a winning dish.
- 2 x 500g pkts Coles Kitchen Slow Cooked Greek Inspired Pork
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 500g white potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbs oregano leaves
- 75g fetta, crumbled
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the pork and sauce from the packets in an ovenproof casserole pan. Add lemon and cover the pan. Bake for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, place the potato in a microwave-safe dish. Cook in the microwave on high for 10 mins or until just tender.
Uncover pork and add the potato. Bake, uncovered, for a further 10 mins or until the potato is golden and the pork is heated through. Sprinkle with oregano and fetta to serve.
