Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 20g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut water

Method

STEP 1

Combine the banana, pineapple, cucumber, avocado, spinach and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
