  • 3 x 156g pkts Coles Halloumi Chips*
  • 3/4 cup (210g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tbs harissa paste
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the halloumi chips in a single layer on the lined tray. Bake for 10-12 mins or until golden and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Place yoghurt in a bowl. Top with harissa. Use a knife to gently marble.
  3. Step 3

    Transfer the halloumi to a serving plate. Serve with the yoghurt mixture and lemon wedges.

    Serve with mint and coriander
