Individual grazing boards

Why share a grazing board when you can make one for each guest? Try out these easy individual grazing boards, ready in only 30 minutes.





  • 150g pkt Coles Finest Artisan Crispbread with Olive Oil & Sea Salt*
  • 12 OB Finest Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed Crackers*
  • 12 OB Finest Activated Charcoal Sourdough Crispbread*
  • 150g Provedore Italian Style Charcuterie
  • 500g rockmelon, peeled, seeded, cut into 6 wedges
  • 150g beetroot dip
  • 200g brie, cut into 6 wedges
  • 150g Castello Creamy Blue cheese, cut into 6 wedges
  • 300g green grapes, separated into 6 small bunches
  • 3 figs, halved (optional)
  • 150g whole Sicilian olives†
  • 80g dry-roasted mixed nuts
  • 50g Artisan’s Table Muscatels on Vine (optional)
  • 18 dried apricots
  • 350g jar Beechworth Honey Raw Honey & Honeycomb
  • Thyme sprigs, to decorate



Break the crispbread into large pieces and divide among 6 small boards or serving plates. Divide the crackers and charcoal crispbreads evenly among the boards or plates. 


Wrap prosciutto and coppa from charcuterie packet around rockmelon wedges. Divide among boards or plates.


Divide the dip, brie, blue cheese, grapes, fig, if using, olives, nuts, muscatels, if using, and apricots among the boards or plates. Add the salami from the charcuterie packet to the boards or plates, folding as you go.


Spoon honey and a small piece of honeycomb over the brie. Sprinkle with thyme and serve immediately.
