Kebabs with gyros salad
A tasty midweek dinner in 15 minutes? You bet! Even better, you only need 4 simple ingredients.
- 4 Coles Greek Style Gyros Wraps
- 750g pkt Coles Honey & Soy Chicken Kebabs
- 350g pkt Coles Green Goddess Salad Kit
- Lime wedges, to serve
Heat a chargrill or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the wraps, 1 at a time, for 1 min each side or until lightly charred and heated through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Grease the chargrill or frying pan. Heat over medium heat. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 mins or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad in a large bowl, reserving half the dressing from the kit. Toss to combine.
Divide the kebabs, gyros and salad among serving plates. Season. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and serve with lime wedges.
