Kiwifruit zombie pops
These frozen kiwifruit pops are a cinch to make. Decorate with melted chocolate and icing eyes for a spooky Halloween treat.
Note: + setting & 2 hours freezing time
- 4 green or gold kiwifruit
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Icing eyes, to decorate
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use a small knife to cut kiwifruit into 1cm-thick slices. Cut a small slit in the side of each slice and insert an iceblock stick. Arrange on the lined tray. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
Place the chocolate in a sealable bag. Cut a small piece from 1 corner and pipe chocolate over the kiwifruit slices to make zombie faces. Attach icing eyes with a little extra chocolate. Set aside to set. Serve immediately.
