Korean-style ginger beef

Served with rice and veggies, this Korean-style ginger beef is loaded with flavour. It makes for a tasty and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones 3 Star Beef Mince
  • 4cm-piece ginger, peeled, finely chopped
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Australian Superfood Veggie Shreds
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Ottogi Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce & Marinade
  • 450g pkt microwavable jasmine rice

Method

STEP 1

Heat a lightly greased non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour. Add the ginger and cook for 1 min or until aromatic. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. 

STEP 2

Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 1 min or until vegetables are heated through. Return the mince mixture to the pan with the sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until the mixture is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.

STEP 3

Heat the rice following packet directions. Divide among serving bowls with the mince mixture.
