Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (40g) raw cashews
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
STEP 1
Place cashews, oil, coconut, tomato paste, cardamom, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, paprika and cinnamon in a food processor.
STEP 2
Process until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
