  • 2 thick slices pineapple, peeled
  • Mixed berries, to serve
  • 2 thick slices watermelon, peeled
  • Coconut yoghurt, to serve
  • Mixed berries, extra, to serve
  • Honey, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place 1 slice of pineapple on a serving platter. Top with mixed berries and 1 slice of watermelon. Continue layering, finishing with watermelon.
  2. Step 2

    Top the watermelon with coconut yoghurt and extra mixed berries. Drizzle with honey to serve.
