Ingredients

  • 500g green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 300g hommus
  • 1 tbs sriracha or chilli sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 3 mins or until tender. Drain.
  2. Step 2

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 15 secs or until aromatic. Add the beans, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cook, tossing, for 2 mins or until heated through and combined. Season.
  3. Step 3

    Spoon hommus onto a large platter. Drizzle with sriracha or chilli sauce. Top with beans and pour over any pan juices.

    Serve with flaked almonds and sliced red chilli
