Ingredients

  • 12 Ryvita Crispbread
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2 x 110g cans sardines in tomato sauce
  • 12 large pickled onions, sliced

Method

STEP 1

Place the crackers on a clean work surface. Drizzle with a little oil and spread with mustard. Top with sardines and onions.

STEP 2

Season with pepper and drizzle with a little extra oil.
