Mango and almond bliss balls

These fruity bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack when you need a quick pick me up. They’re great for work or the kids’ lunch boxes.



Note: + 1 hour setting time



  • 140g Coles Dried Mango, chopped
  • 1 cup (160g) Coles Natural Almonds
  • 1/3 cup (95g) Wellness Road Almond Butter
  • 2 tbs sugar-free maple-flavoured syrup
  • 1/4 cup (20g) desiccated coconut



Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the mango, almond, almond butter, maple-flavoured syrup and half the coconut in a food processor. Process until mixture comes together. Place the remaining coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll 1 tbs portions of the mango mixture into balls. Roll in coconut to coat. Place on the lined tray and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
