Mango and chilli salsa
Enjoy this mango and chilli salsa at your next barbecue. It’s full of flavour and pairs perfectly with seafood such as barramundi or prawn skewers.
- 1 large mango, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped coriander
- 1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs olive oil
Combine the mango, onion, coriander, chilli, lime juice and oil in a medium bowl. Season.
Spoon into a jar or serving bowl.
