  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped coriander
  • 1 red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs olive oil
