- 1/4 pineapple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
- 1 mango, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tbs lime juice

STEP 1
Combine the pineapple, mango, avocado, onion, chilli, and coriander in a bowl. Add the lime juice and toss to combine. Season with pepper.
