  • 8 Coles Thin Beef BBQ Sausages
  • 350g pkt Coles Special Burger Slaw Kit
  • 8 Coles Jumbo Hotdog Rolls
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Coles Mexican Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (60g) shredded tasty cheddar

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Cook the sausages, turning, for 10-15 mins or until golden and cooked through. Transfer the sausages to a plate.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the slaw in a large bowl following packet directions. Use a large serrated knife to split the hotdog rolls lengthways (don’t cut all the way through).
  3. Step 3

    Divide the slaw among the rolls. Top with the sausages and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar to serve.
