Mexican-style meatball wraps
Mix up your weekly routine and try our Mexican-style meatball wraps. Ready in 25 minutes, they’ll keep everyone happy.
- 500g pkt Coles No Added Hormones Australian 5 Star Extra Lean Beef Mince
- 4 Coles Soft Wholemeal & Grain Wraps
- 400g pkt Coles Mexican Style Salad Kit
- 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, seeded
Shape the mince into 20 meatballs. Heat a greased frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, turning, for 10-12 mins or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate to cool slightly.
Place the wraps on serving plates. Top with the salad mix, avocado, capsicum and meatballs.
Sprinkle wraps with cheese and dressing from the salad kit. Fold over to enclose the filling. Season
