  • 500g pkt Coles No Added Hormones Australian 5 Star Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • 4 Coles Soft Wholemeal & Grain Wraps
  • 400g pkt Coles Mexican Style Salad Kit
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded

Method

  1. Step 1

    Shape the mince into 20 meatballs. Heat a greased frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, turning, for 10-12 mins or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate to cool slightly.
  2. Step 2

    Place the wraps on serving plates. Top with the salad mix, avocado, capsicum and meatballs.
  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle wraps with cheese and dressing from the salad kit. Fold over to enclose the filling. Season
