Mince pie truffles

- 600g Coles Chocolate Mud Cake
- 1/2 cup (80g) Robertson’s Fruit Mince
- Cocoa powder, to dust
Method
STEP 1
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use a large sharp knife to remove icing from the cake. Crumble the cake into a bowl and combine with the fruit mince.
STEP 2
Roll 1-tbs portions of the mixture into balls and place on the lined tray. Dust with cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
