Ingredients

  • 490g pkt vanilla cupcake mix
  • 400g tub vanilla frosting
  • Pink and green liquid food colouring

Method

STEP 1

Make the cupcakes following packet directions. Set aside to cool completely.

STEP 2

Prepare the icing from the cupcake packet following packet directions. Divide the icing and vanilla frosting into 3 equal portions and use liquid food colouring to tint hot pink, pale pink and green. Transfer each icing portion to separate piping bags fitted with assorted fluted nozzles. 

STEP 3

Pipe icing over the cupcakes to make flowers and leaves. Place each cupcake in a folded square of coloured tissue paper.
