Mixed berry and yoghurt granola breakfast pops
These brekkie-inspired pops are the perfect snack on a sunny day.

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups (655g) vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup (45g) toasted muesli or granola
Method
STEP 1
Combine the yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the berries and stir to combine. Spoon mixture among ten ⅓-cup (80ml) iceblock moulds.
STEP 2
Spoon the muesli or granola over yoghurt mixture in the moulds and gently push down with the back of a spoon. Insert iceblock sticks. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Get-ahead iceblocks: All these tasty iceblock recipes can be made up to 5 days ahead. Store in moulds in the freezer.
