  • 170g King Island Dairy Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar
  • 220g tub bocconcini, drained
  • 2 x 150g Coles British Blue Stilton
  • 2 x 250g pkts Coles Halloumi, sliced, pan-fried
  • 300g marinated fetta, drained
  • 2 x 150g pkts Provedore Antipasto
  • 100g Provedore Round Pancetta
  • 80g Provedore Bresaola
  • 200g Coles Spicy Chorizo Salami, sliced, pan-fried
  • 2 x 140g pkts marinated chargrilled zucchini slices
  • 2 x 150g pkts marinated chargrilled eggplant slices
  • 2 x 170g pkts Coles Semi-Dried Tomatoes with Basil
  • 2 x 145g jars Coles Antipasto Mix
  • 2 x 130g tubs Coles Deli Mediterranean Mixed Olives
  • 2 x 140g tubs Coles Deli Giant Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 2 x 150g tubs Coles Deli Baby Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese
  • 2 x 95g jars Coles Finest Black Olive Tapenade
  • 190g jar Coles Basil Pesto
  • 2 x 150g pkts OB Finest Specialty Crackers Cashew & Rosemary
  • 2 x 125g pkts Coles Cracked Pepper Water Crackers
  • 2 x Coles Stone Baked by Laurent Mini White Pane di Casa, sliced
  • 400g Perino tomatoes, halved if preferred
  • 250g red grapes
  • 250g green grapes
  • 500g strawberries
  • 250g raspberries
  • 250g blueberries
  • 1 green pear, cored, thinly sliced

Method

STEP 1

Arrange the havarti cheese slices, gouda cheese slices, parmesan, brie, cheddar, bocconcini, stilton, haloumi, fetta, Provedor Antipasto, pancetta, bresaola, chorizo, zucchini, eggplant, semi-dried tomatoes, antipasto mix, mixed olives, kalamata olives, bell peppers, olive tapenade and pesto on a large cheese board or serving platter.

STEP 2

Arrange the combined crackers, pane di casa, Perino tomatoes, combined grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and pear around the cheese mixture on the platter.
