No-cook pear, blue cheese and prosciutto bites

You only need 10 minutes to whip up these easy no-cook pear, blue cheese and prosciutto bites – they’re ideal finger food for your next cocktail party.





  • 12 prosciutto slices
  • 2 pears, each cut into 12 wedges
  • 150g blue cheese, cut into 24 slices
  • 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 30g baby rocket leaves
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic glaze



Cut the prosciutto in half crossways and place on a clean work surface. Top with 1 slice of pear and 1 slice of cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts. Top with 1 mint leaf and 2-3 rocket leaves. Roll up to enclose the filling and place on a large serving platter.


Repeat with remaining prosciutto, pear, cheese, walnuts, mint and rocket. Drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze.
