Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, halved lengthways
  • 1/4 cup (70g) peanut butter, almond butter or vanilla yoghurt
  • 100g fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or sliced strawberries

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the banana on the lined tray. Freeze for 30 mins or until just frozen.
  2. Step 2

    Spread the cut side of the banana with the peanut butter, almond butter or yoghurt. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberry. Serve immediately.
