Peanut butter and berry frozen bananas
This mouth-watering snack can be prepped in 5 mins. It’s a great morning or afternoon hunger buster.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, halved lengthways
- 1/4 cup (70g) peanut butter, almond butter or vanilla yoghurt
- 100g fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or sliced strawberries
Method
STEP 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the banana on the lined tray. Freeze for 30 mins or until just frozen.
STEP 2
Spread the cut side of the banana with the peanut butter, almond butter or yoghurt. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberry. Serve immediately.
