Ingredients
- 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket
- 2 small pears, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan
- 2 tbs pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tbs balsamic glaze
- 2 tbs olive oil
Method
STEP 1
Place the rocket and pear on a serving platter. Top with parmesan and pine nuts.
STEP 2
Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and oil. Season.
