Peppered beef stir-fry

This tasty beef stir-fry is on the table in 20 minutes. Add it to your weeknight dinner repertoire.

Ingredients

  • 400g pkt Coles Australian No Added Hormones Beef Sizzle Steak, sliced
  • 375g Coles Australian Traditional Stir-Fry
  • 200ml pkt Coles Peppercorn Sauce
  • 2 x 250g pkts Coles Microwave Basmati Rice

Method

STEP 1 

Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry one-third of the beef for 3 mins or until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat in batches with the remaining beef.

STEP 2 

Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 mins or until the vegetables soften slightly. Return the beef to the pan with the sauce and stir-fry for 2 mins or until the sauce thickens slightly. 

STEP 3 

Meanwhile, heat the rice following packet directions. 

STEP 4 

Divide the rice and beef mixture among serving plates. Season.
