Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use a 12cm cutter to cut 4 discs from the pastry. Place pastry discs on the lined tray.
Spread pastry discs with the pizza sauce, leaving a 1cm border. Sprinkle with bacon, zucchini, pineapple and cheese. Fold pastry border over towards the filling, pleating as you go.
Bake for 15-20 mins or until crisp and golden. Serve warm or cold.
Store it: Keep tarts in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add to lunch boxes with an ice brick to keep cold.
